Join Solenis' Consumer Solutions team as a Key Account Manager focused on our key pulp and paper customers. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales growth, building strong partnerships, and delivering high-impact chemical solutions that enhance production efficiency, quality, and sustainability for leading paper manufacturers in Thailand.
Your role at a glance:
Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of high-value/key customers within the pulp and paper segment.
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer-related matters.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in collaboration with internal departments.
Customer Support:
Ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
Conduct regular account reviews and performance updates with clients.
Market Intelligence:
Stay up to date on market trends, customer activities, competitor actions, and innovations in the pulp and paper sector.
Provide feedback to product development and R&D teams to improve offerings.
Internal Collaboration:
Liaise with supply chain, production, and quality assurance teams to align customer requirements with production capabilities.
Support marketing campaigns targeted at the pulp and paper sector.
Reporting:
Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and progress reports.
Track key account metrics and report on performance.
What you'll bring to us:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in key account management, technical sales, or business development — ideally in the pulp and paper or chemical industries.
Proven ability to manage and grow large or strategic accounts.
Strong understanding of pulp and paper manufacturing processes and customer operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
