Customer Service Representative With English

The Customer Service Representative With English serves as point of contact for customers and sales team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the sales team by answering inquiries, assisting with order processing, and resolving customer issues promptly.
  • Handle customers orders, disputes & complaints.
  • Collaborate with sales and business support to identify customer needs and up selling opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and personalized interactions.
  • Monitor customer accounts for changes or issues and proactively offer solutions to maximize sales potential.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve customer service processes and provide feedback to management.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (internal or external).
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills; proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/JDE/AS400).
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Knowledgeable about company products/services to provide accurate support.
