Senior Key Account Manager For Czechia And Slovakia

As a Senior Key Account Manager for Czechia and Slovakia, you'll play a crucial role in strengthening our presence in both markets, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with our key retail and distribution partners. What you'll do:

Account Management (80%)

• Drive sales growth through tailored strategies for existing retail accounts in Czechia and Slovakia.
• Act as the main contact, collaborating with clients on operations, marketing, and buying needs.
• Align client needs with internal teams (operations, marketing, product development).
• Oversee customer satisfaction, sales growth, and yearly negotiations.
• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, monitor budgets, and manage retail promotions.
• Analyze sales, market trends, and competitor activities to create improvement plans.
• Conduct store visits to ensure proper displays and resolve issues.

New Business Development (20%)

• Identify and acquire new accounts in key regions.
• Present products to potential clients, create excitement, and guide them to the next stage of partnership.
• Develop commercial opportunities with retailers, distributors, and agents.

What makes you a great fit:

• 3–5 years of account management experience, ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Proven ability to work with large retail chains, understanding their intricacies.
• Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot), EDI (Grit), warehousing (Depoto), and data transfer tools (Markant) is a strong plus.
• Track record of meeting KPIs such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and margin targets.
• Fluency in Czech and English is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, unifying diverse stakeholders.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver.
• Adaptable to change and ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
