Account Executive Team:

The sales team collaborates with various internal teams and partners to communicate the value and appeal of Snowflake and acts as an advisor for long-term data strategies. The Korean sales team operates in three industry-specific teams. As we expand our business in Korea, we are recruiting outstanding individuals to manage enterprise accounts in the manufacturing sector.

The Impact You Will Make:

  • Lead the data cloud for the manufacturing industry and drive data innovation across the sector with customers and partners.
  • Become a Snowflake expert by conducting discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Understand customers' current and future IT roadmaps to become a trusted advisor and promote Snowflake's solutions in the market.
  • Authenticate potential clients, identify new customers, and continuously secure existing ones.
  • Explore and introduce sales opportunities in assigned accounts.
  • Develop sales strategies using targeted prospect lists and account plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in assigned accounts and regions.
  • Build and establish trust with CxO, IT executives, LOB executives, and other key stakeholders.
Who You Are:
  • Experience in field sales within the database, cloud (IaaS), Paas, SaaS industries.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector or sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in building, managing, developing, and closing relationships with new clients.
  • Experience in strategically identifying and establishing new business using creative lead generation skills.
  • Ability to develop account plans and sales strategies independently.
  • Experience in accurately understanding clients' challenges and effectively communicating the value and expected outcomes of appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to directly approach executives and build long-term relationships.
  • Passion for data technology and the ability to stay updated with industry trends through self-study.
  • Ability to effectively leverage internal and external resources to achieve greater and more efficient results.
  • A one-team mindset with the ability to collaborate and support each other across various departments.
