We are seeking a temp to hire detail oriented Inside Sales/Tech Support to support our car wash service operations located in the Lewisville area. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, preparing estimates and quotes, coordinating parts and inventory for field technicians.
Monday – Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
$20 – $25hr DOE
Key responsibilities:
Respond to customer calls and emails regarding service requests, pricing, and general inquiries
Prepare and send service estimates and quotes in a timely manner
Follow up with customers on outstanding quotes and service approvals
Check inventory availability and coordinate parts needed for technicians servicing car wash equipment
Communicate with field technicians regarding job status, parts, and scheduling needs
Create and process quotes using QuickBooks
Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
Track job progress and update internal spreadsheets using Excel
Provide administrative support to service and sales teams
This role also requires the ability to operate a forklift to assist with inventory handling and parts organization as a backup.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in equipment service, automotive, mechanical, or car wash industries
Familiarity with inventory coordination or parts management
Experience preparing estimates and service quotes
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
1–3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, inside sales, or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook 2 years
Experience with QuickBooks 2 years
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a service-driven environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
