You will be part of the Global Customer Care team, supporting daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include managing emails and phone calls, coordinating medical device returns with couriers, updating equipment management portals, assisting with shipments, handling invoicing for completed therapies, and supporting complaint management.
