Customer Service Intern

This is a hybrid role with two days per week in our Milan office (Sesto San Giovanni).

What Will You Be Doing?

You will be part of the Global Customer Care team, supporting daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include managing emails and phone calls, coordinating medical device returns with couriers, updating equipment management portals, assisting with shipments, handling invoicing for completed therapies, and supporting complaint management. Every day will bring new opportunities to learn and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What Will You Need To Be Successful?

To thrive in this role, you will bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn:

  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Italian and intermediate English.
  • Previous exposure to Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Some prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively

We offer:

  • Full time (39h/week) curricular or extracurricular agreement (6+6 months)
  • Hybrid model (2 times per week office / home based) – New offices in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan)
  • Paid internship (1100 euros/month)
