What You Will Be Responsible For

• Expanding Smart Energy's presence in more stores through our exciting retail partnerships.
• Building and leading a high-performing team of in-store Smart Energy sales representatives.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with store owners and managers.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to further expand our footprint within assigned territories.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Track sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
• You will work with our existing on- and off-premise customers to develop innovative strategies across account planning, in-store merchandising, and promotional planning and execution. The aim is to increase consumer access to our brands.

What Do You Bring To The Team?

• Experience in account management and business development or Face to Face Account management is preferred. Existing experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a bonus!
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
• A genuine passion for people, sales and growth.
