Bongo is part of the Smartbox Group, the leading European player in the leisure gift market, active in more than 10 countries with brands including Smartbox, Bongo, Odisseias, La vida es bella, Cadeaubox, Dakotabox & Emozione 3. Gift vouchers are sold in Belgium through various channels: retail, a proprietary chain of Bongo Shops, online, and in the B2B market.

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager who can help us strengthen relationships with our Dutch-speaking partners in Belgium and the Netherlands and create new opportunities.

In your role as Junior Account Manager, no day is the same. You will be in daily contact with your partners to help them with questions and explore growth opportunities. The focus is on maintaining existing relationships, mainly through phone calls and online meetings. You will conduct a business review specifically for the partner to achieve the best result for both the partner and Bongo, as well as the customer.

As an account manager, you are the trusted face and sounding board for the partners, and you can use all your creativity to turn trends into (new) products for both online and offline products.

In addition, you will work closely with colleagues from other departments in the company, both in Belgium and internationally.

What we expect? - You have very good communicative and writing skills, both in Dutch, English and French. - Experience with sales is a clear advantage, but your commitment and motivation are just as important. - Creative, communicative and a commercial attitude - Analytical - You are driven by the interaction and building a personal connection with your relationships. - You master Microsoft office. Knowledge of SalesForce is a plus. - You are spontaneous, stress-resistant, a team player and work independently. - You live in the area of Antwerp.
