We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist, who will provide technical assistance to our users through online chat and help them solve their problems.
Responsibilities: Communicate with clients in chat and help them solve any technical issues with our service in English. Examples of such requests include: "I can't upload a file on your site", "How do I convert a PDF to Word on your platform?", "I can't log in to my account"; Advise clients on the cancellation of subscriptions, refunds; Handle up to three chats with clients simultaneously; Adhere to all necessary instructions for providing quality services.
Required Skills: Knowledge of English (spoken and written) from B1 and above; Basic PC skills and understanding of the operation of modern systems and services at the user level; Quick adaptation to changes and multitasking skills; Ability to organize your time for effective remote work. Experience in customer support or billing support teams, Zendesk and Zendesk Chat. Knowledge of this software will greatly ease your first days of work.
For better onboarding and comfortable work, minimum system requirements are: Internet speed of 25 Mbps or greater; Download speed of 1 Mbps or greater; Upload speed of 6 Mbps or greater; At least 5 GB of RAM; Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core.
