Account Manager

Sirius Staffing is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as the primary on-site representative between our agency, client management, and on-site personnel. This role ensures seamless workforce operations by overseeing contractor engagement, compliance, and performance while driving quality, safety, and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with proven experience in workforce management, employee engagement, and client-facing account management.

Job Responsibilities & Expectations:

Client & Contractor Liaison

  • Serve as the on-site agency representative and liaison with client leadership.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain open communication channels with contractors and client stakeholders.
  • Address operational, resource, and personnel issues promptly and professionally.

Employee Management & Engagement

  • Oversee onboarding, new hire orientations, and employee separation processes.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring, recognition, and support to contractor employees.
  • Proactively address performance, attendance, safety, and behavior concerns.
  • Develop and execute morale and engagement programs to reduce attrition.

Compliance & Training

  • Ensure all contractors complete required safety and compliance training.
  • Maintain accurate records of certifications and documentation.
  • Support Worker’s Comp cases and administer company policies (e.g., timekeeping, vacation, safety guidelines).

Timekeeping, Payroll & Reporting

  • Manage and reconcile contractor timekeeping and billing processes.
  • Ensure weekly payroll accuracy and timely timesheet submissions.
  • Provide weekly workforce status reports, including hiring activity, separations, and active rosters.
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews covering attrition, time-to-fill, pay rate benchmarking, and market trends.

Process & Performance Oversight

  • Monitor contractor retention and track quality metrics.
  • Recommend and administer pay rates as approved by client management.
  • Ensure contractor badge requests and onboarding logistics are handled on time.
  • Implement performance review processes and share feedback with employees.
