What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the Rotorua team, you'll work closely with customers and colleagues, bringing your parts expertise to life in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Day-to-day tasks include:

• Serving customers at the front counter, by phone, and online
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately
• Receiving goods and maintaining stock control systems
• Presenting and managing product displays
• Processing sales, documentation, and invoicing
• Supporting stocktakes and maintaining tidy stores
• Contributing to a safe and customer-focused workplace

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Experience in automotive or heavy transport parts (ideal!)
• A solid understanding of parts systems and inventory
• Great communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Physical fitness and a can-do attitude
• A forklift license (or willingness to get one)
