We are looking for a Danish speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Sign In Solutions. This is a varied role that will see you dealing with existing and new customers. Your core responsibility will be taking enquiries over online chat, email and by phone. You will be answering questions regarding our Sign In App platform features and pricing.
This is a hybrid position based in Lyngby. In cahoots with our overseas hubs, we help over 36,000 workplaces around the world simplify and streamline their workplace sign in, checking in thousands of employees and visitors every day.
