Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Is responsible for generating cash collection via uploading invoices to supplier portals, pro-active calls or emails to meet cash collection objectives to the relevant customers.

Pro-actively run reports to assigned clients on a regular basis to achieve business objectives related to cash collection and by that to achieve revenue for the organization.

Supporting Customer service with relevant tasks as: customer complaints, quotations – when needed

Our customers need to be served in a way that ensures getting the best support and service.

Authority

Cash collection –

For relevant customers - Uses portals - Uploads invoices and runs reports.

Handles returned invoices.

Connect with relevant customers to achieve cash collection goals.

Customer service –

Handle the customer complaint table.

Support with quotation creation (when requires)
