We are looking for a Senior Clinical Implementation Specialist.

S/He should provide in-depth clinical training and support to customers, as a subject matter expert, on-site and/or remotely to ensure customer is prepared to operate their equipment according to a minimum of safe and effective use guidelines and to fully utilize the complex functionality of the technology to meet their business needs.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will conduct product training for customers and employees, in particular training for complex situations involving multiple products.
  • You will elicit and evaluate customer requirements and contribute to developing clinical excellence training strategies further.
  • Build and maintain a collaborative, executive-level partnership in support of long-term loyalty.
  • You will be responsible for the execution of enterprise solutions that focus on reducing time to value for our partners.
  • You will create and lead project plans, monitor and review project progress and timelines.
  • You will act as Varian product and oncology expert to assist with client success as defined by the scope of work.
  • You will lead classroom lectures and laboratory sessions to ensure customers are trained to operate company equipment according to safety guidelines with the highest level of satisfaction.
  • You will prepare lesson plans based on engineering documentation, field service requirements, and software documentation to address customers' specific implementation questions.
  • You will formulate complementary support training information in the form of quick tips, workbooks, video-media and implementation guides.
  • You will collaborate with customers as well as the sales, product marketing, and technical support departments to ensure course material reflects current product features, and address customer inquiries including testing scenarios using company products.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams as necessary to support and enable best services and optimize customer relations.

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • You hold a master's degree in medical physics and have minimum 4 years of Radiation Oncology experience.
  • You possess clinical understanding of the processes in radiation oncology department.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You have exemplary communication skills in English and Thai (listening, verbal, written).
  • You are adaptable, positive and open to new ideas and/or situations.
  • You are highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative.
  • You are an enthusiastic learner who is eager to meet challenges and quickly assimilate new concepts.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • You have clinical experience with Radiation Oncology Information System and knowledge of Varian Products in Treatment Machines, Monitoring and Tracking Systems.
  • You have knowledge in radiation oncology workflow management.
  • You have experience in leading a special clinical project, for example: paperless project, SRS / SBRT implementation project or any new advance technology adoption
  • You have experience to work in multicultural environment
  • You are experienced in the usage of remote training tools (i.e. Teams, Zoom, virtual classroom) and business tools such as: Microsoft Office Suite, and Data analytic software

Special job requirement:

  • You are willing to work flexible hours including beyond standard work week hours.
  • You accept traveling to international customer sites for up to 75% and on intermittent weekends.
  • You are able to proficiently deliver training for a minimum of 60% of Varian products.
  • You are well versed with product knowledge to support cross functional teams on various occasions (i.e. trade shows, sales support, marketing, testing).
