The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless and successful customer journey, from pre-installation through implementation and long-term retention.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Your main focus in this position is to ensure customer success throughout the customer journey including pre-installation, implementation, and retention.
  • You will proactively manage account health: adoption of Siemens technology, escalations, and emerging customer needs.
  • You will be the champion for a positive customer experience: promotive reference-ability for future customers (image collection, references, success stories, etc).
  • You will leverage past Customer experiences to facilitate future process / customer experience improvement.
  • You will support clinical marketing and sales efforts including customer clinical discussions and trade show support.

  • You are self-starter, self-motivated, have demonstrated a high level of initiative within a fast-paced, constantly evolving Healthcare environment.
  • You ideally have a background in mammography as a technologist or have great familiarity with mammography workflow through relevant experience.
  • You have deep knowledge of Siemens mammography portfolio, workflow and processes, as well as experience on other vendors.
  • You are skilled in coordinating, communicating, and helping drive timely resolutions across organizational boundaries.
  • You have experience with mitigating challenging customer complaints using a logical, systematic, Customer centric process.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to drive accountability and ownership – both at Siemens within a matrix environment, as well as within the customer environment.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • 5+ years in customer facing role in Healthcare environment; 8+ years in mammography clinical setting
  • Experience with C-Suite, radiology, administration, and technologists required
  • Process Improvement, project management and "Voice of Customer" experience a plus
  • Ability to travel to customer sites (up to 60%)
