Customer Success Manager

We already have a strong presence in Belgium and France, but this is just the beginning. We are now preparing to conquer Europe, with the Netherlands and Spain as our next strategic steps.
To achieve this, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Success Manager to strengthen our Support & Onboarding team.
This role is crucial to ensure an exceptional customer experience, promote customer retention, and drive the growth of our company.
Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers and effectively onboard them so they can make optimal use of our solutions from the start.
- User Adoption: Encourage the use of our platform among different user profiles and provide additional support during the initial implementation phase of Shyfter in companies.
- Training & Support: Offer in-depth expertise on all product features, tailored to the specific needs of the customer (configuration advice, training, etc.).
- Upselling: Identify and leverage opportunities to sell additional applications and options to existing customers.
- Direct Support: Support customers via chat or email with empathy, and pass on innovative ideas and requests to the product and sales teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Success role (or a similar role in customer relationship management) at a startup and in the SaaS technology sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Team player with the capacity to work in a fast-changing environment. The average age within our team is 34 years.
- Fluent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus (pssst, we are expanding to Spain!).
