Job Description: Data Entry & Customer Service Support

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry for creating accounts and cases.
• Provide customer service support for overflow tasks with other teams.
• Update account information from Med Billers and other sources.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong and accurate data entry skills.
• Previous work experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service preferred.
• Professional-level computer skills, including but not limited to:
• Microsoft Office
• Email
• Web-based applications
• Keyboarding skills
• Experience working with people in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations (telephone or face-to-face), involving problem-solving, decision-making, sound judgment, and strong customer service skills.
• This experience can be obtained through a combination of work experience and post-high school education.
• Strong ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback and coaching.

Preferred Experience

Preferred Experience:

• Working with databases or tracking systems (Salesforce CRM experience preferred).
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding challenges associated with patients' medical conditions.
