Position based in Central Paris, hybrid 3 days a week.

Overview:

As part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved over the last few years, we are looking for a Key Account Manager France. This position will be key to drive the next phase of the French business development and to reinforce the team. Working closely with the product team, marketing team and Digital team and with the European Hub, this person will be accountable for the customers growth.

We are looking for a dynamic and committed Key Account Manager to help drive our business forward into new markets. Reporting to the Sales Director in France you will be able to develop, implement and drive account specific plans & promotions in line with the Shark Ninja France market strategy, focused on profitable sales growth throughout their portfolio.

Here Are Some Of The Exciting Things You'll Get To Do:

  1. To build a sales strategy that achieves & exceeds sales and margin targets for your accounts
  2. Be the category captain for Floorcare, Kitchen and Beauty amongst our retailers
  3. Ensure that Shark & Ninja are represented in a positive and professional manner at all times both on-line and off-line
  4. Planning and executing activities for both on-line, in-store and off-page to drive strong sales out performance
  5. Ensure accurate forecasting in line with individual and company goals
  6. Work within agreed Promotional (SOA) to ensure sales & margin targets are met
  7. Negotiate winning scenarios for both SharkNinja and the customer at all times
  8. Interpret market and sell out data into business opportunities
  9. Organization of trade shows and retail events
  10. Reporting of competitive activities & pricing
  11. Identify new retailers for both Ninja Kitchen and Shark Vacuum categories to deliver incremental business.
  12. Participate in tradeshows, sales meetings and other Company events as required.

Attributes & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience.
  • Proven Key Account Management experience in electronic consumer goods
  • Fluent English and French
  • Appetence to our unique products
  • Results driven, Strong negotiator, Exceptional analytical skills
  • Oral and written communication with impact
  • Professional expertise
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Presentation skills & Microsoft skills
  • Interpersonal/collaborative skills
  • Entrepreneurship and Initiative
  • Experience in analysing and interpreting sales data to make informed decisions.
  • Personable and recognises the importance of building good relationships with customers, internal colleagues and other members of the sales teams.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to change and modify approach or method to best fit the situation
  • The ideal candidate should have experience of working in a Sales function in direct relationship with key-retailers.
