As we continue to grow, we are for a Key Account Manager (beauty) to join our French sales team. Position based in our Paris offices (3 days a week).

Overview

The Key Account Manager – Beauty Channel is responsible for building our presence in the beauty ecosystem from the ground up. This is a high impact, entrepreneurial role for a commercially driven talent who can open doors, build a new channel, and scale it fast. You will identify, prospect, and win strategic partners in the selective beauty, premium retail, pharmacy chains, and beauty eretail environments. You will own the commercial relationship end-to-end, while building a scalable model for long-term growth. This is not a maintenance role, it is a channel creation mission, ideal for someone who thrives in 0→1 environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Creation & Business Development
  • Define and execute the Beauty Channel strategy for SharkNinja (target accounts, segmentation, priorities)
  • Prospect and acquire new customers across selective beauty, premium lifestyle, specialty retailers, pharma groups, and e-beauty pure players.
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and systematically convert prospects into active customers.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach - pitch - negotiation - contract - onboarding - activation.

Commercial Ownership

  • Build customized business plans for each partner: assortment, pricing, profitability, sellout strategy, and activation roadmap.
  • Negotiate annual agreements, trading terms, and visibility packages to unlock sustainable growth.
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and follow-up execution with excellence and accuracy.
  • Monitor stock levels, and promotional performance.

Beauty Expertise & Category Development

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Category teams to adapt messaging, visuals, POS materials, and product storytelling to beauty codes.
  • Support customer teams on beauty advisor training, in-store demonstration strategy, and premium merchandising.
  • Activation & Retail Excellence
  • Build and execute retail activation plans with partners: product launches, animations, and in-store storytelling.
  • Ensure flawless online & offline presence (SEO basics, product content, imagery, ratings & reviews).
  • Pilot sell-out performance and adjust plans in real time.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Marketing, Digital, SS&A, Supply Chain, Finance to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Bring category insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to influence internal strategy.
  • Represent the Beauty Channel internally and advocate for its acceleration.

Profile & Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years in a commercial role:
  • Fluent French and English
  • Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales in Beauty, Premium Retail, Lifestyle Tech, Wellness, or Consumer Goods.
  • Strong experience in new business acquisition
  • Experience in a premium environment with high expectations in execution and brand perception.
  • Skills
  • Excellent prospecting and negotiation skills; able to engage and convince new partners quickly.
  • Ability to build business plans, manage P&L drivers, and analyze sell-in/sell-out data.
  • Strong understanding (or strong appetite to learn) of beauty retail mechanics: merchandising, animations, storytelling, consumer journey.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
