Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels
Day-to-day client and account operational management with a solution-oriented approach to every challenge
Manage end-to-end project deliveries and be proactive in ensuring objectives are aligned, expectations are managed, deliveries answer to the brief, are within budget and follow timeline.
Be familiar with client's brands and portfolio guidelines, below-the-line instore, activation, online digital design and production requirement specific to markets, channels and retailers.
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of the branding, category and competitive landscape when consulting with client and prospect to ascertain what the business and brand challenges will be and translating into clear brief, scope of work and fees.
Provide accurate short, medium and long term reporting and forecasts as necessary to support business and resource planning.
Develop client account and new business plans with Snr Account Director. Strategise and develop new client account acquisition, cross-selling of services, new services offer, and understanding of the competitive landscape
Interact with Marks global network and explore opportunities to grow and extend our services in China with guidance from Snr Account Director, such as global clients with China presence.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6+ years of creative agency experience in Account Management and/or Project Management at a Marketing Communication, Shopper Marketing or Ad Agency.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
Knowledge of managing 3D, structure, retail design, innovation, toolkit development, digital, 360 campaign is an advantage
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, which is crucial to meeting critical deadlines
Ability to grow existing client work on supporting the Account Management to grow the business and revenue. Be sharp and focus on managing the finances of the account across different streams of work
Can work independently, maintains strong time management, problem-solving, and collaborative selling skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Keynote) and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign)
