Client Services Executive (RBS Sustainability)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Client Services Executive to join the team in Clayton and to lead and enhance our client service delivery within the RBS and Sustainability Programs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting audit operations, and driving operational sales growth across key accounts.

Responsibilities include, however are not limited to:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, value-adding client services with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Maintain exemplary levels of customer satisfaction across all client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients.
  • Plan, review, and negotiate client contracts, programs, projects, and services under the RBS and Sustainability portfolio, including programs such as SMETA, RJC, ISCC, SGP, and MSC.
  • Drive operational sales within the Audit business for existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts through targeted sales and marketing activities.
  • Plan and schedule client visits to ensure compliance with individual KPIs.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices (over 90 days) or as required.
  • Ensure all relevant databases (including Certnet) are kept current.
  • Communicate any certification cancellations, withdrawals, or transfers to the management team promptly.
  • Prioritise workflow and delegate tasks to ensure fairness, efficiency, and effective team performance.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Proven key account management and client service skills.
  • Demonstrated experience or working knowledge of client service operations.
  • Strong understanding of audit operations and scheduling processes.
  • Qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to travel intrastate and interstate as operationally required.
