We have new opportunities available to join us at Service Stream as a Service Desk Analyst. This is a great platform for someone looking to grow their career in an expanding ASX listed leader in its field. These will initially be offered as a 6-month contract, with the potential to become permanent.
Roles are available at our modern Melbourne Head Office (featuring a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces and an abundance of natural light), and at our WA office in Welshpool.
Please note, successful applicants must have Australian Citizenship.
Working as part of a team, you will be the first point of contact for all 1st, 2nd and basic 3rd level IT related issues for internal and external customers. You will provide effective IT support over the phone, on-site or via the CRM suite, for supporting desktops, applications, connectivity issues and minor hardware issues.
