Junior Account Manager

We are looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Junior Account Manager, focusing on small existing and new client accounts. Thanks to our comprehensive onboarding, this is a great opportunity for someone early in their career. The role is based at our headquarters in Vantaa, but we work flexibly with a hybrid model. In this role, you will report to Selecta Finland's Market Leader.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for small existing client accounts and sales to new small-sized clients.
  • Desire to exceed sales targets – growing your client portfolio and winning new clients.
  • Delivering Selecta's sales approach and values.
  • Ensuring the best possible customer management with our CRM support.
  • Developing contacts and relationships within your client accounts and building strong internal company relationships.
  • Responsibility for improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) in your client portfolio.
  • Eager to continuously learn more about Selecta's solutions, services, brands, and customer management.

We expect from you:

  • Preferably some prior experience in B2B sales and customer service, but B2C experience is also possible.
  • Driven and ambitious approach to sales and client account management. Good problem-solving skills are needed in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and have strong interpersonal skills to build good cooperation with all stakeholders.
  • Relevant commercial education (e.g., trade school).
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
  • A driver's license is essential.
  • Fluency in Office applications, experience with CRM and operational management systems is an advantage.
