Job Description
Evaluation of next-generation electric motor + inverter solutions
Comparison of system alternatives with integrated VCU or external VCU support
Conducting supplier meetings to establish technical feasibility and decision matrix
Electrical, mechanical, and software integration of the selected solution
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-Motor / inverter integration in the automotive industry
Good level of English
Knowledge of motor control algorithms and VCU software parameter management
Regulatory knowledge: ECE R85, R100.3, ISO 26262
Experience with CAN/LIN protocols, DBC files, and diagnostic tools
Familiarity with calibration tools such as MATLAB/Simulink or INCA
High-voltage system integration and safety knowledge
Experience in test plan creation and dynamometer testing
