What You Like to Do

We're looking for a hands-on IT professional to manage and support hardware across our Danish offices. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy being the go-to person for IT support, this role is for you.

This role ensures that laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and related equipment are deployed, maintained, and retired in line with corporate standards, security policies, and local compliance requirements.

Acting as the primary on-site technology contact, the Technician works closely with central IT teams, vendors, and local staff to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient hardware services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and lifecycle of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, etc.)
  • Configure and deploy devices according to company standards
  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot hardware issues
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, deliveries, and service
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and GDPR
  • Maintain documentation and generate hardware reports

What We Would Like

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or bring equivalent hands-on experience. Whether you're a recent graduate with relevant student worker experience or a seasoned professional, you should have a background in IT hardware support, asset management, or technology coordination.

A solid understanding of Windows hardware setup and troubleshooting is essential, along with experience using endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune. Basic networking knowledge to ensure device connectivity, as well as familiarity with IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) processes, are also important.

Beyond technical skills, this role calls for strong organizational abilities and a sharp eye for detail. Very good communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in Danish is a plus. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

What We Offer

Being part of an International IT Services Team, you are based in our Ballerup Office, DK, with the possibility to work from home office twice a week. Our proprietary offering is the most comprehensive training and development program in the industry with more than 15,000 courses on demand, training specific to roles, and opportunities to continue your formal education – all available to you starting from your very first day.

You'll join a community passionate about making a difference, where every role contributes to a larger mission; protecting people and businesses. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to shape the future of insurance.

Most importantly, you'll be part of a team that listens, supports, and has your back.
