Technical Services Driver Hourly

As the Technical Services Driver, you will be responsible for driving and operating semi-vans, roll-off trailers, and dump trailers as required. Essential functions and requirements include prioritizing health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times. You will also take on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization, load supplies needed for job completion, and travel to various industry, laboratory, and school sites to perform lab pack services.

Prepare for daily trips by inspecting vehicles and equipment, fueling trucks, and ensuring all equipment is in excellent order. Drive to customer sites to collect waste material and/or transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Complete necessary paperwork for shipment of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Follow proper placarding and load segregation requirements when transporting hazardous materials. Maintain a logbook for D.O.T. compliance. Assist customers on troubleshooting and correcting record keeping inconsistencies and service concerns. Act as a company representative with contacts.

Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent (required). Experience: 1 year of CDL driving experience (required), minimum Class B CDL license with Hazmat endorsement (required), Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement (preferred).

Competencies: Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role.
