This opportunity is remote within the United States. Do you have demonstrated experience in managing a large, complex enterprise customer with ARR exceeding $1M/customer? If so, we are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to work with our largest customers, establishing high profile relationships, managing strategic account initiatives, and directing competitive offerings to capture, retain and expand named, key strategic accounts.
Primary responsibility is to retain and grow the named accounts revenues, adoption, growth, and relationships by managing the relationship, commercial terms, account plan and deliverables of targeted, large accounts. This position cultivates new and maintains active business relationships as well as facilitates growth in existing accounts.
