What You'll Do: The Sr. Product Manager, Data Security Strategy and Implementation will be a product-focused individual contributor responsible for shaping and implementing Docusign's comprehensive Data Security Strategy. A key member of our AI & Data Security team, the Sr. Product Manager will work across the Security team and with cross-functional business leaders to integrate data security best practices into all business functions. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives that establish and mature the governance and security strategy for all company and customer data. This includes ensuring proper data handling, classification, enabling secure access, and setting security standards for data use in internal tools and our products. You will also support related AI security programs, including securing AI development pipelines and supporting the safe adoption of AI tools, as part of the holistic data security-first framework. Partnering with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, IT, and Compliance teams, you will define and deliver programs that safeguard all company data, as well as AI models and AI-enabled platforms, bridging program delivery, risk management, and emerging data security practices. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of AI & Data Security.
