Sales Account Manager

What does a Sales Account Manager do?

Manages direct and in-direct sales of Protective Packaging solutions in the South-East area of the Netherlands (Eindhoven/Limburg) and relationships with existing customers and Channel Partners. Develops opportunities for new business from the existing customers and potential new customers in his/her markets area.

With your strong collaboration skills, you will work closely with the technical service department to ensure customers receive seamless support, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your strategic thinking and market analysis skills will help you identify and leverage all opportunities the market offers, leading to the creation and implementation of effective strategies that drive business growth. Your focus on customer service excellence will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting and exceeding the company's profitability standards. Your exceptional communication skills will aid in customer acquisition and retention, fostering strong and productive relationships with clients. Your ability to focus on both the growth of existing customers and the generation of new business will expand our market presence and increase our customer base. Your comprehensive understanding of the sales process, including partnership development, forecasting, value proposition, and contract management, will streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Your teamwork skills will allow you to work closely with our Packaging Development Centre Laboratory team to deliver customized customer solutions, driving customer satisfaction and business success. Your role as a key liaison between customers and internal divisions will ensure smooth and effective communication and collaboration, optimizing our operational efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

Higher professional education or Secondary education – NIMA A/B preferred. Self-starter, proactive, enthusiastic and good communication skills, commercial, fast handling, hands on, representative Sales experience in packaging market environments. Experience or good understanding from Inbound to Outbound processes in warehouses to sell "value add" in packaging solution sales is preferred. Good communication skill, persuasive, self-motivated, accountable, forward thinking, result driven, and with high degree of integrity. Good command of the Dutch and English language In possession of a driver license.
