Job Description

Receive and process customer orders (and arrange for product manufacture)

Oversee all functions from the point at which an order is received until the customer has received satisfaction

Negotiate with production for the availability of goods and communicate the outcome

Communicate with customers and/or account managers on matters concerning placed orders

Expedite late orders and the communication of this information

Act as a central communication medium between sales/logistics and other relevant departments of Sealed Air

Prepare and send out reports to sales on a regular basis

Be able to go and visit customers together with sales

Qualifications

Fluency in Polish, English and Czech

Experience with SAP would be a benefit

Able to work well within a team but also able to act individually to resolve matters

Strong sense of initiative, enthusiastic, customer-focused with accurate data entry and computer skills

Pleasant professional telephone manner and an ability to relate well with people at all levels in the organization

Possession of well-developed communication skills both verbal and written is an essential quality as is the tenacity to follow through on matters to a satisfactory conclusion

Should have the ability to deal with both internal and external customers, possessing strong attention to detail focus

Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency

Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions

Capable to build collaborative relationships

Strong listening and communication skills

Able to multi-task, prioritize, and comfortable with rapid change
