Our team in Milan is growing and we are looking for Project Coordinator Intern to support our project management and engineering services team:

As a Project Coordinator Intern, a typical day might include the following:

• Providing administrative support to the department and project teams, including scheduling and coordinating project execution deliverable, generating meeting minutes, prepare presentations, creating and maintaining action item lists.

• Providing support to project teams including maintaining project files, creating and maintaining reports.

• Coordinating activities to meet project objectives.

• Assisting in maintaining accurate project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets, and summary spreadsheets.

• Managing simultaneous, small projects as assigned.

• Providing support for large projects.

This job might be for you if:

• You are a current student pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Finance, or relevant discipline.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

• You are able to learn and communicate technical information.

• You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.

• You have excellent coordination, organization, and prioritizing skills in Italian and English.

• You are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.

• You are able to work cooperatively in a team environment.

• You are able to work independently and take initiative.

This position is located in our Milan, Italy office near the Porto di Mare metro station and Rogoredo train station with easy access for commuting.
