You will be a reliable contact person for our existing customers and potential interested parties via phone, email, and chat, and will actively work towards their concerns and satisfaction. You will communicate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. You will assist in the processing of operational processes in the broker or asset management area. You will coordinate tasks with internal teams and external partners. You will support the team in special projects. You will learn to build and maintain sustainable customer relationships and develop into a competent contact person for our customers.
You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Germany and have an interest in financial markets. You are available for a four-week on-site training period in Munich or Berlin. You impress in customer contact through service orientation and attention to detail. You work proactively and independently. You have very good German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) language skills in speech and writing. Previous professional experience from internships or work as a student assistant is a plus. Availability of 16-20 hours per week.
