You are a reliable contact person for our existing customers as well as for those interested in our services and support them professionally by phone, email, or chat. For complex issues, you coordinate with the relevant departments and partners to ensure timely and solution-oriented support. If necessary, you forward inquiries to our Tier 2 Support. You are responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and actively strengthen customer loyalty. You continuously expand your financial expertise through internal training and self-initiative. You use customer feedback to identify improvement potentials in our product and internal processes.
You have "first" experience in customer contact, we are also happy about lateral entrants and/or graduates. Customer orientation and team capability are your top priorities. You are characterized by your friendly and positive nature and your solution-oriented way of thinking. You have very good German (at least C1) and good (at least B2) English skills in both speaking and writing.
