Junior Client Success Associate

Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment and banking platform with a full banking license, enabling people in Europe to manage their finances independently. The digital wealth management Scalable Wealth offers professional investment in ETF portfolios, which is also used as a white-label solution by banks and other B2B partners. Job Description

You are a reliable contact person for our existing customers and for those interested in our services, and you provide professional support via phone, email, or chat. For complex issues, you coordinate with the relevant departments and partners to ensure timely, solution-oriented support. If necessary, you forward inquiries to our Tier 2 support. You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and actively strengthening customer loyalty. You continuously expand your financial expertise through internal training and self-initiative. You use customer feedback to identify improvement potentials in our product and internal processes.

Qualifications

You have "first" experience in customer contact, we are also happy to welcome newcomers and/or graduates. Customer orientation and teamwork are your top priorities. You are known for your friendly and positive demeanor and your solution-oriented mindset. You have very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2) skills in both spoken and written form.
