For the strengthening of our Client Success team, we are looking for qualified employees who can serve as competent contact persons for our customers on all topics related to capital markets.
In this position, you are responsible for processing customer inquiries about our investment strategies, performance inquiries, and many other concerns related to the portfolio of our Scalable Capital Wealth customers.
You are a reliable contact person for our existing customers as well as for those interested in our services and support them professionally by phone, email, or chat.
For complex concerns, you coordinate with the relevant departments and partners to ensure timely, solution-oriented support.
You are responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and actively strengthen customer loyalty.
You continuously expand your financial expertise through internal training and self-initiative.
You use customer feedback to identify improvement potentials in our product and internal processes, working closely with the Product, Capital Markets, and Operations teams.
You have a successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree (preferably with a focus on finance) or are close to completing it. Alternatively, you have completed a banking apprenticeship.
You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
You have relevant professional experience.
You are friendly and solution-oriented in your work.
You can work diligently and detail-oriented even under time pressure.
You have very good German (C1) and good English skills in speaking and writing.
