Client Success Manager Broker Tax & Trading (German Speaking)

With the Scalable Broker, customers can affordably, easily, and professionally invest in stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and derivatives, and set up savings plans. The digital wealth management Scalable Wealth offers professional investment in ETF portfolios, which is also used by banks and other B2B partners as a white-label solution. Attractive interest rates, loans, and private equity round out the offerings. With the European Investor Exchange, Scalable Capital offers a stock exchange specifically for private investors. Over one million customers have combined more than 30 billion euros on the platform. Scalable Capital was founded in 2014 and today employs more than 700 staff in Munich, Berlin, Vienna, Milan, and London. Together with the founder and management team led by Erik Podzuweit and Florian Prucker, they are working on a new generation of financial services.

Start your journey in our customer service! Currently, our customer service consists of 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level support, where the complexity of customer inquiries differs by level. This position is assigned to the 2nd-level support. Additionally, our client service is divided into two teams that cover different topics. This position focuses on the Tax & Trading area.

This position is offered in Munich and Berlin.

Responsibilities:

  • You are a reliable contact for both our existing customers and interested parties regarding our services via phone, email, or chat.
  • For more complex questions, you connect with other departments to find a quick solution.
  • You are responsible for the satisfaction and retention of our customers.
  • You continuously expand your expertise in the financial sector through internal training and personal interest.
  • You use customer feedback to identify improvement potentials for our product and internal processes, working closely with the Product and Operations departments.

This position is initially for two years.

Qualifications:

  • You have a completed education.
  • You have at least one year of relevant professional experience in the fields of banking, FinTech, finance, or insurance.
  • You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
  • You impress with your friendly and solution-oriented approach.
  • You can work diligently and detail-oriented under time pressure.
  • You have very good German (C1) and good English skills in both speaking and writing.
