Client Success Manager Broker Tax & Trading (German Speaking)

Start your journey in our customer service! Currently, our customer service consists of 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level support, where the complexity of customer inquiries varies by level. This position is assigned to the 2nd-level support. Additionally, our client service is divided into two teams, each focusing on different topics. This role is in the Tax & Trading area.

This position is offered in Munich and Berlin.

Responsibilities:

• You are a reliable contact for both our existing customers and interested parties via phone, email, or chat.
• For more complex questions, you connect with other departments to find a quick solution.
• You are responsible for the satisfaction and retention of our customers.
• You continuously expand your financial expertise through internal training and personal interest.
• You use feedback from our customers to identify improvement opportunities for our product and internal processes, working closely with the product and operations departments.

This position is initially for two years.

Qualifications:

• You have a completed education or training.
• You have at least one year of relevant work experience in banking, FinTech, finance, or insurance.
• You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
• You are known for your friendly and solution-oriented approach.
• You can work diligently and detail-oriented under time pressure.
• You have very good German (C1) and good English skills in both speaking and writing.
