Start in our customer service! Currently, our customer service consists of 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level support, where the customer inquiries to be processed differ in complexity by level. This position is assigned to the 2nd-level support. Additionally, our client service is divided into two teams that cover different topics. This position focuses on the Tax & Trading area.

This position is offered in Munich and Berlin.

Responsibilities

• You are a reliable contact for our existing customers, as well as for interested parties in our services via phone, email, or chat.
• For more complex questions, you connect with other departments to quickly find a solution.
• You are responsible for the satisfaction and binding of our customers.
• You continuously expand your expertise in the financial sector through internal training and personal interest.
• You use the feedback from our customers and recognize improvement potentials of our product and internal processes. You work closely with the product and operations departments.

→ This position is initially limited to two years.

Qualifications

• You have a completed education.
• You have at least one year of relevant work experience in banking, FinTech, finance, or insurance.
• You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
• You convince with your friendly and solution-oriented way of working.
• You can work diligently and detail-oriented under time pressure.
• You have very good German (C1) and good English skills in speech and writing.
