Start your journey in our customer service! Currently, our customer service consists of 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level support, where the complexity of customer inquiries differs by level. This position is assigned to the 2nd-level support. Additionally, our client service is divided into two teams that cover different topics. This position focuses on the Account Service area.
