Together with the founder and management team led by Erik Podzuweit and Florian Prucker, they work on a new generation of financial services.

For the strengthening of our Client Success team, we are looking for qualified employees who can serve as competent contact persons for our customers on all topics related to capital markets.

In this position, you are responsible for handling customer inquiries about our investment strategies, performance inquiries, and many other concerns related to the portfolio of our Scalable Capital Wealth customers.

You are a reliable contact person for our existing customers as well as for those interested in our services and support them professionally by phone, email, or chat. For complex issues, you coordinate with the relevant departments and partners to ensure timely, solution-oriented support. If necessary, you forward inquiries to our Tier 2 support. You take on the responsibility of ensuring customer satisfaction and actively strengthen customer loyalty. You continuously expand your knowledge in the financial sector through internal training and self-initiative. You use customer feedback to identify improvement potentials in our product and internal processes, working closely with the Product, Capital Markets, and Operations teams.

Qualifications include a successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree (preferably in finance) or being close to graduation. Alternatively, you have a completed banking apprenticeship. You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions. You ideally have relevant professional experience. You are friendly and solution-oriented. You can work diligently and detail-oriented even under time pressure. You have very good German (C1) and good English (spoken and written) skills.

This position is initially for one year.
