Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with a strong background in MacBook support within a Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting macOS devices in a corporate setting, with preferred knowledge of Jamf for device management. You will play a key role in ensuring our end-users have a seamless and secure experience with their devices, productivity tools, and collaboration platforms.

Qualification:
1+ years' experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role, primarily focused on macOS.
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 apps and services.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and identity/access management.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently.
Team works play required and excellent communication and customer service skills.
