We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Project Coordinator – Tax to support our tax operations and client management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing processes, using advanced software tools, and ensuring client tax projects move smoothly from start to finish.
Manage client pipeline, follow-ups, and project stages within TaxDome.
Utilize TaxGPT to research and confirm tax-related answers.
Assist with tax filing tasks using Thomson Reuters UltraTax software.
Sort, review, and organize income tax documents.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the tax team.
Proficiency or expertise in TaxDome and UltraTax (this is a must).
Basic understanding of U.S. taxation — with a willingness to learn more.
Strong communication skills: clear, professional, and confident.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
Curious, resourceful, and not afraid to ask questions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the box.
