Location: Budapest, Hungary
Duration: min. 12 months - during the whole internship a full-time, active student status is required (aktÃv, nappali hallgatói jogviszony)
Time schedule: min. 24 hours/week (possible schedules: 24 / 32 / 40 hours per week)
Monitoring and distributing customer tickets and help to fulfil Service Level Agreement
Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service
Taking ownership of basic technical issues
Providing direct technical assistance for customers via our Customer Service System
Ability to work at least 3 days/week
Active, full-time student status at a Hungarian university (BSc. / MSc.)
Fluency in Hungarian, very good spoken and written English language skills
Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Open personality and professional communication style
Internship in IT field is a plus
