Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Technical Support Associate for SAP MDG

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Expected start date to end date: October 1st, 2025 to May 29th 2026

  • You get to know business processes and transactions in the area of SAP Master Data Governance applications in On-Premise & Cloud environments
  • Engaging with customers by utilizing real-time channels like SAP Expert Chat and tools to support them in this area
  • Analyzing cases, perform in-depth troubleshooting to identify and solve complex technical and business issues
  • Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service

At least one of the following subject matter knowledge is desired:

  • Databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL Anywhere, ASE, MySQL, etc.)
  • Operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, AIX, etc.)
  • Object-oriented programming (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.) and programming logic
  • SAP Products & Solutions (SAP NetWeaver, SAP Business Suite, etc.)
