The Executive Associate Sales And Customer Success is responsible for supporting SAP's efforts in sales, customer success, and relationship management in assigned territories. In this entry-level position, the person will work closely with the senior sales and customer success teams, helping to build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
The role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, ensuring the successful adoption of SAP solutions, and fostering customer growth and satisfaction, contributing to the long-term success of the company-client relationship.

- Responsibility: Execute assigned tasks and support sales and customer success activities. Operate under supervision and progressively gain more independence in managing client relationships.
- Complexity: Solve routine problems within a structured framework and departmental guidelines, with guidance available for more complex situations.
- Experience: General knowledge in sales, customer success, and CRM tools/processes.
- Communication: Foster collaborative relationships within the team and with other areas, communicating information clearly and providing constructive feedback in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
1. Sales and Business Development
- Support Account Executives and Customer Success Associates in building and maintaining client relationships and generating a solid sales pipeline.
- Focus on value-based sales, understanding client needs and presenting appropriate SAP solutions.
- Participate in the preparation of business cases, identification of opportunities, and qualification of prospects to support the advancement of sales.
- Participate in SAP promotions, campaigns, and events to generate leads and increase client interaction in the assigned territory.
2. Customer Success and Solution Adoption
- Support customer success initiatives, ensuring that customers derive value from SAP solutions and achieve their business objectives.
- Monitor the adoption and use of SAP solutions, tracking metrics and results to ensure continuous satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure effective resolution of issues, acting as the first point of escalation.
- Help in the creation and execution of success plans to maximize the adoption of SAP solutions and their impact on business.
3. Opportunity and Lead Management
- Support the qualification, tracking, and management of opportunities through CRM systems, ensuring effective transitions to sales teams.
- Help in the management of opportunities and the acceleration of the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth transition to account development teams.
- Contribute actively to lead generation campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with sales and management teams.
4. Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and commitment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure that SAP solutions meet customer expectations.
5. Training and Professional Development
- Participate in SAP training programs, obtaining certifications to build a solid foundation in SAP solutions and sales processes.
- Seek mentorship and feedback from senior professionals, improving skills in project management, client relations, and executive communication.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of sales, customer success, and the SAP ecosystem, contributing more effectively to business development.
Requirements and Skills
- Skills: Strong competencies in communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative, with a positive attitude, integrity, creativity, and a strong desire to learn.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems (SAP or similar), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and other business tools.
Experience and Education Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 5 years in sales, customer success, business development, or related fields, including professional internships or sales training programs.
- Languages: Fluency in English (other languages are an advantage).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Human Resources, or Business.
