Customer Experience Partner Drug Program (KAM)

As a Customer Experience Partner Drug Program (KAM), your key purpose is to orchestrate all customer interactions using diversity of messages and channels to deliver a superior customer experience to HCPs and inspire them to provide best solution for the patients in the frame of Rare Disease drug program.

Main responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve sales objectives (units, value, MS) of the promoted product portfolio in your area
  • Act as a bridge between commercial and customer engagement (CE) functions.
  • Lead and develop health communities to best serve patients.
  • Manage customer insights (needs, feedback, pain points) and relay them to the team for outcome-driven communication.
  • Collaborate with Customer Engagement (CE) to tailor customer journeys that address needs and solve pain points.
  • Own and adapt communication with customers to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with team CE/GTMC/Medical to define an effective customer experience vision and contribute to co-creation of strategy & operational plans to be implemented with excellence in a specific geographical area & customer segment.
  • Implement and manage customized activation strategies across all channels to ensure optimal customer experience.

About you

Experience and knowledge:

  • Experience as a Medical Representative in Pharmaceutical company in Poland
  • Experience working with hospital-based physicians (not only outpatient clinics); experience in delivering group presentations in hospital wards
  • Sales management and scientific knowledge
  • Strategic analysis and planning
  • Project management skills
  • Interpersonal skills to negotiate, communicate, present, persuade;
  • Collaboration skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize; ability to work on their own initiative and make quality decisions
  • Driving license cat B

Languages:

  • English language knowledge will be an asset
  • Polish - Full professional proficiency

Education:

  • University degree preferably Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy
