Medical Representative Position

As a Medical Representative in the Vaccines team, you will be responsible for ensuring the promotion and distribution of Sanofi vaccines in the medical environment in accordance with the designated marketing and sales goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to start or develop a career in the pharmaceutical industry. The six-month contract will allow for intensive learning and gaining valuable experience in the medical environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implementation of designated sales plans
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with doctors to build a good reputation for Sanofi in the medical environment and KOLs
  • Promoting products by building awareness and positioning recommended Sanofi products in the medical environment
  • Conducting training, lectures, and presentations in the medical environment, partly in a remote form
  • Cooperation with other Medical Representatives and other company departments in achieving sales and marketing goals
  • Representing the company during conferences, symposiums, and meetings

About You

Essential Requirements:

Higher education

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales/representation in a pharmaceutical company (original drugs)
  • Documented experience in working in the Medical Representative position
  • We prefer candidates with experience in the area of vaccines or pediatrics, but experience in other therapeutic areas is also welcome

Motivation:

Passion for the pharmaceutical industry and willingness to develop professionally intensively

Skills and Competencies:

  • Solid knowledge of the medical environment
  • Flexibility in hybrid work (remote meetings)
  • Openness, communication skills, and high personal culture
  • Ability to independently organize work, proactivity, and commitment
  • Fluent MS Office skills
  • Driving license category B and willingness for regular business travel

Desirable:

  • Experience in cooperation with pharmacies
  • Knowledge of English

We process your Personal Data based on:

  • Labor law provisions, in particular the Labor Code, which indicate what data an employer should obtain from a job applicant (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) and Article 9(2)(b) GDPR), your consent to process data (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), if:
  • You voluntarily provide us with more Personal Data than required by labor law;
  • You give the recruitment agency (company) in which you have registered access to your Personal Data to include your application in our recruitment process;
  • You give us consent to process your Personal Data in future recruitment processes;
  • You agree for us to share your Personal Data with other Sanofi Group companies for their own recruitment purposes.

Providing the above consents is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. However, please note that exercising the right to withdraw previously given consent will not affect the legality of our actions that were carried out based on your consent before it was withdrawn.

Data Recipients

Access to Personal Data may be granted to the following data recipients:

  • Authorized employees of the Controller and service providers (these may be companies within the Sanofi Group or external providers), if access to the data is necessary for such a service provider to carry out services provided for the Controller. In particular, these include agencies (companies) that search for the best candidates for us or support us in such searches. If we received your personal data from a recruitment agency, in this case, we may provide this agency with information regarding your employment to the extent necessary to settle the agency's remuneration for a successful recruitment, if you are hired. Additionally, access to your data may also be granted to entities providing us with IT tools and systems used to process data in recruitment processes, including online portals for job seekers. However, access to Personal Data is only granted to entities for which there is a justification for such access due to the tasks performed and services provided. We ensure that our employees undergo appropriate training in the protection of personal data by familiarizing them with internal data protection policies and procedures or dedicated training programs.
