The agent will be responsible for answering incoming client calls and providing support for requests and orders. This position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure excellent service to internal and external clients.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime; 37.5 hours per week. Remote work is possible after the training period. An office presence is required one day a week, on Wednesday.
Responsibilities include managing incoming calls via a multi-line telephone system and making outbound calls. Prospecting with future and former clients. Providing customer support for prices, billing, payments, general questions, customer satisfaction improvement, service hours, and any other technical information. Entering orders and managing customer accounts (opening, closing, updating). Following up with clients regarding service (uncompleted calls, service improvement, appointment confirmation). Analyzing client information, asking appropriate questions, and recommending possible improvements to equipment and/or services. Identifying internal programs to execute work accurately and efficiently. Representing Sanimax with the highest degree of professionalism at all times. Performing various administrative tasks related to the customer service department (e.g., data entry).
Requirements and skills include a high school diploma, minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, bilingualism required (French and English). Strong customer service focus. Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Ability to manage multiple tasks and organize time effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Sense of urgency. Ability to solve problems.
