About the Job

As a Key Account Manager, you develop the cooperation with our largest mining customers in the region. You act as a central link between the customer and our experts in equipment, service, and technology, focusing on creating long-term operational reliability and productivity.

This is what you will do:

  • Build strong and trustworthy customer relationships through close dialogue and advice
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives that strengthen customers' production goals
  • Conduct customer meetings, analyze operational challenges, and present technical solutions
  • Work on equipment deals as well as aftermarket (parts, service, upgrades, and contracts)
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with product organization, service team, technical support, and business development

Your profile

You have experience from the mining industry or a related heavy industry and thrive in a commercial and technical environment. You are self-driven, quickly build trust, and understand both operational and financial drivers of the customer.

We are looking for you who have:

  • Experience with technical products or solutions
  • Good analytical ability and a habit of understanding customer needs
  • Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English
  • Natural relationship builder with a commercial focus

In your working style, you take initiative, create energy, and work structured even in complex customer environments. You communicate clearly, collaborate willingly, and see opportunities where others see obstacles.

Location and flexibility

The position is located in northern Sweden, where you are responsible for the northern part of the country and have a central role with recurring customer visits in the region.
