Inside Account Executive - Enterprise It Solutions

Join a leading technology solutions provider delivering network infrastructure, virtualization, and managed services to enterprise clients. This is not SaaS sales - we're looking for professionals who thrive in hardware, networking, and IT services ecosystems.

About the Role:

  • Re-engage dormant or former accounts while aggressively prospecting and developing net-new enterprise clients to build and own your book of business.
  • Sell networking, data center, virtualization (VMware), IaaS, and managed services.
  • Collaborate with leadership on deal strategy and pricing.
  • Frequent client interaction
  • Base salary + uncapped commission (OTE up to $165k/year)

Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of recent sales experience within the IT/technology sector, with a demonstrated track record of selling enterprise technology solutions to public sector & commercial clients.
  • Technical Knowledge: Sales-level understanding of a range of enterprise technology solutions, including networking, data center, and managed services from vendors such as Cisco, HP, Aruba, Microsoft, and others.
  • Relationship Skills: Proven success in establishing and growing client relationships within commercial markets; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Sales Skills: Strong solution-selling abilities and experience in developing bid proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
  • Cisco, Aruba, or HP sales certifications
  • Experience selling wide area of advance technology solutions to commercial enterprises

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr. Our client offers free HMO medical benefits for yourself or they also offer PPO as an option you can pay into. They offer dental and vision benefits as well. 401k, matching 10%. Paid holidays, sick time, and PTO.

This is a hybrid position in San Diego, CA.
